The summer is quickly approaching and with it Crank + Cog are launching a number of events centred around cycling, hiking, food and … simply slowing things down a bit!
The North West of Ireland, particularly Sligo and Leitrim, has so much to offer. It’s an area rich in history, folklore and above all else has stunning scenery that rivals the best Ireland has to offer. The two counties are on the Wild Atlantic Way but it’s inland away from the busy coast that it’s true beauty is revealed and it’s secrets unlocked

Thanks Emma! the roads aren’t all traffic free though. They are very quiet and are used mainly by local farmers.

Well I hope you ride through Gennaniff Valley from Rossinver to Kinlough. Tis a very tranquil place. And going down the “rocks” road is very invigorating as you swerve past the rambling sheep.🌝
