A recipe using readily available ingredients. You could experiment with lots of different variations to suit your situation.
- Bread (ideally wholemeal)
- Dried Fruit
- Seeds & Nuts
Pour about a cup of milk into a heated pot/pan. Add two to three slices of wholemeal bread. Slice a banana in. Throw a handful of fried fruit and seeds and nuts into the mix. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle some cinnamon over the top. Let all the ingredients simmer for about two minutes after which breakfast will be served!
